The developer's advertisements tom-tom about the facilities, features (read Swimming pools, generous bath-tubs etc.). If a survey is conducted across the board among even upper middle class appartment owners, none would have used the same in reality. Then why do people provide/buy such amenities? Some visionary developer has to take a lead and do a "Nano" to housing. Care must be taken, not to project this as poor man's choice or acompromise offering.The developer will make more money than the rest.
