I doubt Praveen Togadia and Narendra Modi used either Dawood or Chotta Rajan to execute that ferocious attack with the main purpose of killing the ATS chief Mr.Hemant Karkare whose investigation into Malegaon blasts had exposed the terrorism of many Hindu fascists including their connection with Togadia and Modi, so they wanted to eliminate that sincere and straightforward police officer before he could conclude his investigation and bring the Hindutva fascist terrorists to justice.
