We have let the Sanjay Dutts and the Menons walk free despite the convictions. Afzal Guru is still alive despite the court verdict to hang him. No concrete action has yet been taken against Abu Salem. What will we do with the additional burden of these 40 men? What will happen to Kasab? Will he be out on bail too?

Pakistan will simply say that these evidences are not admissible in their court and even if they do they will then declare that these people are no longer in Pakistan.Does the UPA have guts to get Pak declared a Terrorist state?
