But it is more to help Pak vis a vis accepting their 'assisitancs' to nab taliban from Afgan border. If US is sincere to their statement they can easily get these perpatrators from Pak and handover them to India for prosecution. It is possible that they must have struck a deal with Pak that they will not ask for extradition of these criminals to US as Pak know that if that is done India will have access to the criminals considering the current relation between India

But the fact remains that the criminals are at large in Pakistan and are not in custody either in Pakistan or in the US or in India. US FBI should have told the method how to get them first and then who will prosecute them. This is a very weak statement only to pamper India.

It is US Power behind the hanging of Saddam. In such case, how much it is to catch the perpetuartors who killed their Citizens. Why we should look US in suspicious for every thing. In the changing world scenario US will definitely want to have good relations with India. and this particular case, is highly sensitive to India and US may be willing to cooperate with us.
