Investment Needed By: Abdul Jihadi | Tuesday , 6 Jan '09 10:04:50 AM Reply | Forward A long long time coming. Every state needs multiple SWAT units with the ability to undertake air surveillance and reconnaissance. We need to develop each state as if it were a country. Police need to be reformed. New vehicle purchases, including armored personal carriers, battering rams, bullet proof cars, riot control equipment, e.t.c. A massive investment by states and the centre is needed for this. Let's hope our greedy CM's dont wait for central government aid but rather do this with their own money. And then lets build miniature robots that will go deep into pakistan and kill their citizens.
