Mr. Suryakanta Misra's statement linking global warming with malaria is one of many such. Global Warming is not limited to West Bengal only.His basic task is to manage his department and lead his staff render their services in the specific area in order to eradicate malaria. He is unfortunately an example of a great failure there. He has made a mess in every sphere of the health services in West Bengal and his 'Great Understanding' about MALARIA seems not to have a little worth to find a space in the national newspapers.
