RSS was banned for a log time after their successful assassination of the father of the nation, but they went underground, built up a huge fanatical culturally militant movement in India and RSS's political outfit that was considered an untouchably polluted movement, decided to make a huge anti-Muslim issue by demolishing the 500 year old masjid and used it as their vote bank and came to power to rule a country with a billion over people. So there is no point in banning an organisation unless the Home Ministry is sincere in destroying the root cause of such outfits. the root cause is politicization of religions and castes. Our political scientists should do deep research and find ways and means to work out a different sort of elections, different sort of democracy, different sort of electing the parliament members etc, not based on militant religion and caste based politics but Indian Unity based politics without discrimination
