In Infy they work with passion and schedules will government bodies will work like that.They say what is the gain for us to work in this,that is the mind setup of third world country like India.

But I hope he will be successful encouraging more people to take up govt. projects making the govt. more efficient.The article states that ids will be issued to 120 billion citizens, which will probably be indias population is in what another thousand years(I know it must have been a million, but what a mistake).
