Instead stage is set to drop them at one go creating big vacuum.Why vets should be told to plan their retirement whereas selection is purely on merits and they have failed.There is nothing like digrace if they are dropped on the ground of poor perormance.Believe me non will hang their shoes and would prefer to go with insults.
