I h ave stopped using American since then, even if they are cheaper than other options I get. They are the worst of the lot in the US. Airlines in India are much better than any in the US that I have used.

If the dressing down was because "officers" didn't manage his toilet better, I suggest you do not insult general public by publishing such news. We are not interested in knowing how Praful Patel expects his loos to be!

Had it been Air India, we could have made a sit in at IGIA, harass the ground staff, swear at the concerned cabinet minister, etc. But aginst a foreign airline, that too American....NO WAY

Prior to travelling in American Airlines, I had travelled in Jet Airways(Heathrow to Delhi). My experiance with Jet Airways was really bad and I do not wish to travel again with them. This time experiance with American Airlines made me felt that Jet Airways is much better then American Airlines. The state of International travel in so called great international travellers is so worse, that even crowded DTC bus fare better than them. Atleast you can speak with conductor in local language and share there greiviance. Here the Air hostess are American or ground staff is India-American who would open there mouth in such a way as they were born and brought up in Mexico. I have to travel back next year and I am not looking forward to it.

On my transit in London my baggage was delayed and I had to attend a conference with an informal dress that I was wearing for travel. On my enquiries on my baggage each airline blamed the other for the delay. It was shocking. How to hold these airlines accountable is a big question. It is unfair even after we paying dearly that we get shabby treatment. A little care from airline staff would do lots of good.
