Many leading terrorists were let travel freely to other countries inadvertantly or knowingly. What your police is doing? It is said that most of the terrorists have passports and licenses and what not, in different names issued from our country. For a genuine poor man to get a license or passport address proof is a problem? Tighten your belt. That is the first and best way
