‘I don’t care if this post does not make sense’

New Delhi: As the Mumbai terror attack played out through Thursday and Friday bringing India’s financial capital to a grinding halt, the Internet became the link between people across nations. It has been in many ways the coming of age of the Indian blogosphere. While the Twitter network competed with TV  ....Read more

Try to Wake up, INDIABy: Sidarth Shah | Wednesday , 3 Dec '08 16:09:47 PM Reply | Forward Here we have one more lesson to show that we Indian are careless. We don't learn from our mistakes.Soon, everyone will forget about this incident as if it never happened. Elections campaigning will start and all parties will utilize this issue for new, fake promises. Post elections, it will be the same old story.Makes me wonder why shud i vote;or actually for whom shud i vote, all are same! Self-centered,egoless,hounds for power i know it will feel strange when i say "we need someone like Hitler for our country".Why?? Becoz no matter what he did, aside he believed in his countries unity, which to good extent he maintained. He made Germany a super power, which world feared.Hitler also said before capturing Czechoslovakia that "These are either too lazy to rule or too foolish to understand that 1 day their country will divide"..... Unfortunately i see the same fate for my country also.Either the terrorist will do it Or our politicians seem capable enough for it

We are waiting for more to come.By: Arpit Yati | Saturday , 29 Nov '08 14:17:06 PM Reply | Forward I think we should ban RSS and Bajrang Dal since we can not ban Deccan Mujhahideen, IM, Lashkar. We have politicized each and every thing. We talk of changing governments each time we face some laxity on the part of the government. Or some of us vent out our frustrations in these blogs. Why? Nobody has the answer. It's we and our own selected representatives who have not yet hanged Afzal Guru, the main guilty of the Parliament attack available with us. Why shouldn't someone come again and kill us. We are clueless about most of the previous bomb blasts and still solving the '93 blasts. One of our hugely circulated magazine made a cover story "Impotent India" after the previous blasts. Now their managers have to reach at the height of their creativity to search for a Cover dialogue for the recent attack on Taj and Trident. The next time terrorist would rather tell to News Papers, Home Minister well in advance about their action plan so that they can prepare their speeches in advance.
Wake up!!By: Anita Pillay | Saturday , 29 Nov '08 13:43:45 PM Reply | Forward The Mumbai blasts are shameful dastarly and lowly acts of cowardice deserving nothing but contempt and spite to all involved. That being said, however, it is upto us the citizens of India, and the government to lead by example and come together as one WHOLE - one billion plus of us (imagine that strength!)in preventing such attacks. Are we not painting ourselves as laughing stock to the world, when even at a crisis like this, the prime minister and home minister (no aplogies but I have delibrately avoided capitals) visit the spot SEPARATELY!! UNITY is the key, and we CAN prevent such attacks if we WANT to. Else this will continue to happen and like always we are just going to sit “after” the incident has happened and say “we got to do something”We cannot be terrorized, can we? Then we got to proove it!Is anybody listenting!!????
attack By: nik | Saturday , 29 Nov '08 12:10:16 PM Reply | Forward Being a kashmiri pandit,I know what terror is. Blasts and Dying people have become common with Indians only because of these geedy politicians.During this hard time ,we should raise voice against terror.I want to salute all these brave men from Army,Police,NSG,MARCOS..Who laid these lives for the Nation. Its total failure of Government. We are capable to fight terror but the politicians are the only hindranceI would like to ask congress why are thy trying to save Afsal.man behind parliament attacks. These acts are increasing moral of militants.
cowardish By: rao kvr | Saturday , 29 Nov '08 10:54:20 AM Reply | Forward A cowardish act by the pakistan supported terrorism devil spreads its dastardly wings all over the world. If the outrageous indians spit out on pakistan, it will be wiped out from the globe. We indians have kept our fate in the hands of the most corrupt, in-efficient and cowardish politicians in the name of NDA. They are very busy in protecting their power by way of purchasing opposition MPs each at few hundred of crores of rupees. I dare to say the Prime minister, home minister are the most useless bureaucrats, we have seen, of all times. As the saying goes on, Rome emperor Cicero was playing violin when the whole rome was burning in to ashes. Like wise, our great home minister is chaning different types of costumers when our indians are in great distress and disasters. In this ultra-modern 21st century, the NSG, Marine commandos, police, ATS are not having latest technology viz;night vision binoculars, thermal signature/imaging graph, miniature camers to detect terrorists n finish
