Writers and so called stategic think tanks have also written on what India should/could do since indepence this begs the question; can we do anything about it under the existing system?The Cinese place long term strategic interests in the fore front , thier planning for the four Modernisations took in the loop the Military Generals in formulating National stragey can we do so too?Unless we do so and we change the system; there cannot be any strength in our startegy , the defence forces and India as a Nation.
