If China did not try to block a consensus in Vienna over Indo-US civilian nuclear energy deal, why did India had to issue a diplomatic demarche to Chinese embassy in New Delhi and why did US President George Bush had to call Chinese President Hu Jin Tao? How can India trust China on other matters when China lies like this in a clear cut case?
