There seems to be strange contrast when India pleads before the world leaders to review the structure of UNSC and agree for expansion as exisitng composition of UNSC is outdated. Why the same logic does not inspire congress leaders to review the entire constitution of India where small parties, in particular, have totally derailed the governance and being abused day in and day out by political parties and bureaucrats. Specially, this does not serve the interest of congress who believes in dynasty rule only.
