Indian Parliament Tamasha eginsBy: jaswant | Thursday , 14 May '09 12:06:42 PM Reply | Forward I have been hearing from all pundits that the Indian voter is smart, which to me is a farfetched imagination. The voters that really count are the ones in rural India, and for them it is the basic neccessaity of their existence that is of only inportance. In such a scenerio it state politics assumes priority and therefore state local political parties take control and then use their bargaining skills, which by the way, have been honed to the hilt.
