New Delhi, September 26:: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's remarks that people of the country "deeply love" US President George W Bush evoked strong criticism on Friday with parties from both the Right and the Left attacking it as "unbecoming" of his office and "sychophancy". HypocrisyBy: sabtu enam | Saturday , 27 Sep '08 9:39:57 AM Reply | Forward At times due to fear and selfishness, victims call their perpetrators saviours. The world is in the hands of terrorist leaders who call other innocent as trrrorists.
YES We really love BUSH By: RajGupta | Saturday , 27 Sep '08 9:34:48 AM Reply | Forward It is only one man - George Bush who is true follower of Bhagwat Gita. he has entered every dangerous country to chse terrorists at great cost to his nation - BUT there is no single attachk against USA during his tenure from AlQueda after 9/11. We really really love to have him in India as the leader.
Does it matter?By: Rahul Kolhe | Saturday , 27 Sep '08 0:53:12 AM Reply | Forward Does it matter? whether Indians love Bush or not? In international politics you have to make such statements to bring two countries closer in business. I don't see any wrong when PM of India said this to President of US. USA is not an enemy, it could be our international friend.

George Bush is THE best president from Indian perspective By: Jay | Friday , 26 Sep '08 19:37:40 PM Reply | Forward So far Indian interest is concerned; G W Bush is THE best president of US. Keeping the compulsions of international diplomacy and domestic politics in mind, NO other US president even considered giving India so much importance and assistance. In fact Bush erased the long standing policies of US to equate India with Pakistan and started upgrading India as per China. Bush’s policy of tackling Islamic terrorism is also a great help for India to re-think its own policy towards Islamic terrorism in India and internationally (although many of our politicians will never acknowledge that in fear of reprisal of Muslim vote bank). I do not support many of his policies (when I evaluate him from American perspective), BUT as a patriotic Indian I do love, yes love, that leader even when it’s becoming a fashion to criticize him to become an “intellectual”.

Love to LoveBy: Wg Cdr Rajinder K Chaudhary,VSM(Retd) | Friday , 26 Sep '08 19:23:01 PM Reply | Forward Just another case of Hair Splitting.True President Bush will go down in the history as perhaps the least popular President but give the Gentleman his due-he has indeed taken enough pains to improve Indo-American relations and undoubtedly the Nuclear Deal,God Willing if it goes through, will be a landmark of great cooperation between the World,s two greatest democracies. It is just a manner of speech and expression and the Politicians from the opposition should graciously avoid sitting over in judgement over the usage of the word Love.Lets us be magnanimous to Mr Bush in his last days of the Presidency.Look at the Lavish praise by President Zaradari on Ms Sarah Palin-The Mullahs Could have issued a Fatwa in his country but they were wise enough to understand that such statements are mere PR Excercises and no breath need be wasted on it.If It were the former PM Atalji he would in all liklihood come out with a poem in the praise of President Bush as niceties never kill anyone.
Monmohan praises BushBy: Prabhat Sen Sarma | Friday , 26 Sep '08 19:19:50 PM Reply | Forward I do not like Monmohan Singh at all. I do not like his boss too.
What about Bin Laden Mr. MM SinghBy: Shankar | Friday , 26 Sep '08 19:17:14 PM Reply | Forward Yes, Congress Love Bush, Country Love Bush because Congress got a heavy kickback for N-Deal. No wonder whether it is good or bad when kickback's are there means even Bin Laden is loved by Congress.
