Jaya slams Sibal's proposals

It is time to promote other Indian Languages alsoBy: Ranga | Thursday , 27 Aug '09 16:27:10 PM Reply | Forward With Hindi enjoying special status in the last 63 years, it is time that our multi-lingual India allows other languages to flourish by establishing a National Language Learning Center (NLLC) where all the 20 other National Languages can be taught. NLLC can have its wings in all States of India with an objective of promoting the Non-Hindi National Languages. Since, we already have a Hindi Prachar Sabha, this NLLC should be dedicated only to Non-Hindi National Languages of the Country and needs to be run totally by South Indians. This way, Central Government, (for the 1st time in the history of India) can generate jobs to South Indians also
