The member of BoM of any organization should sugest differen ways and means for running the institute and plead the case for better financing and fair selections of vaious posts in the institute.Mr dhindsa should have asked for any information regarding the budget etc for salay of PAUfrom the V.C ,s office even during the all other office hours which he had spending in gossiping/requesting for various favours etc.During the meeting of PAU BoM on budget allocation he shoul have not inuldged in giving a quis test to th VC who had shown extraordinary calibre in arranging finance for PAU worth several crores of rupees.at his personal level.Dr M.S. Kang is known for not showing any personal favour to any person. This has been very widely known at V.C 's batch mattes reunion held at Le Baron on 20th March 2009. the batch mates were of the opinion that Dr Kang does not oblige his nears and dearsin
