You make them live long and remember, and send a message to terrorists that death is not a quick easy way out for them. Death is what they expect, so remove it from them. It will be painful keeping him, but it sends a message to the rest of them.

Toothpaste and newspaperBy: Ajit | Monday , 4 May '09 9:42:14 AM Reply | Forward Now that his age has been proved to be more than the minimum required to be tried as an adult, we all know what his end is likely to be. So what if he wants toothpaste and a newspaper? Give them to him. We are a civilized country and should show this to everyone, even those who wage war against us.I'm not sure that allowing him to roam around outside is a very good idea. It would be a real coup for terrorists if they could either kill or rescue him while he is in prison. Keep him in solitary confinement with a suicide watch so he comes to trial and everyone sees the misguided emothion, belief, economics or logic that makes people like him kill dozens of others who have done nothing to him.In fact, once he is convicted, his punishment should be life in solitary with no chance of parole. Well meaning idiots should not have any opportunity to try and free him after a few years saying that he has been punished enough.

Lakhs of our own people are not in a position to arrange even a square meal. Then is there any justification to give such a treatment to a man who came to our country with the sole intention of waging war? Moreover, many lives had to be sacrificed while fighting the dreaded terrorist gang from Pakistan of which Kasab had also taken active participation. So none of his demands should be met and trial should be completed without as early as possible and appropriate punishment should be given.

Why cant the judiciary be more strict and put an end to his non sense demands. Have we forgotten what treatment did great men like Savarkar have faced for freedom of this country in dingy jails of Andam, which certainly they he did not deserve. The treatment for this guy should be infinte times worse than this, let him know what trauma and damage he has caused to innocent people.

But our government and our law is so leneant and heeding to his requests (tooth paste, newspaper,......).It is not the pakistani terrorist who are taking us for a ride rather it is our politicians who are making fool of us.Look at the case of "RAJIV GANDHI ASSASINATION", our lawyers are fighting to free up "Nalini" who has been granted jail for life.If we continue to support and elect the wrong party/leaders our fate is at extreme risk.

Every body knows that he is terrorist and butchered out peoole. Than why delay? Kill him. There should be strict law to deal with such persons.If you cannot do anything then give him everything he wants. Ask your jailer to take him to the evening walk daily.Provide him all the luxruy of the world so that he may remain peaceful. Dont bother about his killing the peace of the people of India.shame on you shame on our law makers.
