Today the forward communites like Nair's lag behind in every field as compared to Ezhava's(O.B.C.). The Ezhava community has prospered in all the field. Compare to all other states the Kerala O.B.C.'s are much better placed in every field. I personally feel reservation should be strictly given only on the basis of 'financial backwardness'. It would not be wrong to say that by giving reservation on the basis of caste leads to makes a mockery of democracy. To say the least 'GOD' has not discriminated in giving brains to different caste.
