It has been the unwriten norm- for a long time that patients cannot be referred to KMC by private doctors- this is definitely not his fault. If he was not trained in how to handle such issues or on how to elevate them- then it is the fault of the HOD. Constant traingin is the norm for any line of work. No intention to create controversy- but if this patient was wronged - then he should get compensation from the Govt- else why is the common man paying taxes? Can I approach the Govt and make a request that they not deduct taxes form my earnings- because anyway you are not using it to good effect!!
