Secular IndiaBy: Y P Narula | Thursday , 4 Jun '09 2:33:53 AM Reply | Forward Our Constitution stipulates that India is a secular country.Each ctizen has a duty towards his fellow citizens to ensure that his or her religious activities do not affect the basic secular structure of our Constitution.The fedral Government and the State Governments must practice zero tolerance level against all religious practices which tend to damage the said basic structure of our Constitution.Unfotunately,the vote bank politics has given a sence of insecurity to both, majority and minority communities of our country.Hindus are in majority.Pakistan has done his best to destabalise India by propagating that muslims in our Country are not safe.The election of 2009 has proved that vote bank politics is no more a relevant factor for the people of our Country.Youth of our country dose not want to think on religious lines.BJP needs to think about the poor of this Country.Hindus do not need a political name.Secular India will always win.BJP needs to realise grassroot realities.
