I think GOI can afford one. He want all judges assets but he dont want to show his own assets. At the end of the 5 year term we have to audit the assets of all these ministers based on the assets declared during the nomination. And all unaccounted money shall be confiscted too. This RTI law is to fool the people during the elction that they are clean and all.
