COMPLAINT - SHAMPOOBy: Lt Col ( Retd ) IB Dutt | Friday , 6 Nov '09 11:30:55 AM Reply | Forward 06 - Oct 2009 I had purchased one L%u2019Oreal Shampoo Professional. It is within recommended period of usage but it does not produce Lather. I approached your advisory cell through helpline. They have raised three issues. First the dealer who sold is not an authorized one. Secondly Professional package is for saloon and not for individual user. I fail to understand how would a customer know that the seller is not authorized one and secondly that the product should not be sold to individual customer. As a customer I have given the batch number, the details of product and the problem. I request the concerned office be advised to analyze the complaint logically as well as rationally. They can get the product back for chemical analysis if required. As far as the first two issues are concerned the company need to investigate and take suitable remedial measures. Thanks IBD
