Couldn't she wait until the economy had recovered? If she was so desperate to empty our treasury she could have pledged that amount to the cyclone victims of WB.On one hand you are not handing out the dues (read arrears of VI CPC) to your employees and claiming lack of funds and then go ahead and do something so foolhardy. She could have waited atleast till the end of monsoons as we all know how much we need that amount for what is expected of Indian monsoons.
