Didi is right By: arun kumar | Tuesday , 30 Jun '09 9:29:39 AM Reply | Forward CPM (sorrow of West Bengal)is a collection of goons, antisocial. The poor villagers might have taken help of the Naxals to counteract the CPM goons, because the local police would never act against a CPM cadre. Forget police the principal of Government school can not punish, or fail a student if he actively participates in party activities. Industry, Shops, Doctors, Lawyers, name any profession or activity, without consent of party can not be opened and run. Donation (CHANDA) earlier used to be collected door to door now they ask the donor to come to the party office and pay. What Industry shy away from West Bengal? CPM assure wages to workers even if they will work. Name even one single leader of CPM, who has been a successful professional in business, industry, or an economist or scientist? The entire administration is corrupt, and filled with CPM sympathisers. Mr.Chidambaram Lalgarh is tip of iceberg only you may have to clean the whole of West Bengal. Time to act.
Mamta orders probeBy: peshori ahuja | Tuesday , 30 Jun '09 8:48:28 AM Reply | Forward As we see Mamta is and has been exceeding her limits. She wants cheap popularity. Her remarks in the open show that she cares two hoots for the PM, the cabinet, and the HM. If her opinion is different than that of PM, HM, and the cabinet she should discuss in the cabinet meeting. It is high time she should be reined in otherwise she is going to be very troublesome.
Mamata Banerjee wants Centre to stop Lalgarh operationBy: R.K.Datta | Tuesday , 30 Jun '09 6:35:58 AM Reply | Forward If maoists are flushed out, Mamata Banerjee will lose her fire power and chances of getting the CM's Chair will be affected. She did not have one comment supporting her views. Why should operation to flush out Maoist must stop if her objective is to unearth the illegegal arms - that should be both CPI(M) and TMC.I would imagine - her true colour is getting exposed.R.K.Datta
Bengali Politicians are the limitBy: arjun | Tuesday , 30 Jun '09 6:29:51 AM Reply | Forward These Bengali politicians (The karats and the Mamtas) are the limit, no matter what party they come from.A bunch of self-centered, selfish, maniplautive, impractical, visionless, hyperbolic bunch.
Mamta: There she goes again!By: Saadhu | Tuesday , 30 Jun '09 5:03:14 AM Reply | Forward One fails to understand why Mamata Banerjee wants to operation called of. She has given no reasons. Moreover as a senior cabinet minister she should have raised the issue with the Prime Minister or in the cabinet and not publicly. But than she is Mamata Banerjee. She cannot behave responsibly even for 100 days. What a shame!
Mumta asks center to stopBy: Shadi Katyal | Tuesday , 30 Jun '09 1:59:49 AM Reply | Forward It is high time the center should learn the duplicity of this traitor of the nation. she is backing the nexlite against the nation and thus wants center to stop so they dont unearth her involvement. Does anyone remember her acts in NANO case? She is playing same card against development of this area. She is a well known manipulator and true marxist. The label on the bottle is changed. She should be kickedout of cabionet and charged as terrorist
the fool speaks againBy: arnab | Tuesday , 30 Jun '09 1:04:18 AM Reply | Forward The stupid fool speaks again , what will you do Mamta this time ? resign again as rail minister ?
Mamata the manipulatorBy: ramesh | Monday , 29 Jun '09 23:59:22 PM Reply | Forward Mamata is twisting the facts here. Why she has brought the question now and not when the forces were sent in the first place? She must be under pressure from the Maoists and also for personal political reasons as she is waiting for the state elections. She is cute. a lier, a clever manipulator and politically very ambitious. People know her past history. The UPA was after her only to crunch the 'number of votes' game without any policy. Now the UPA will have to succumb to her manipulative game. The UPA experiences her power in the first 100 days.It will be interesting to watch further encounters during the rest of their term.
Moists' source of fire power?By: Giri Girishankar | Monday , 29 Jun '09 23:42:06 PM Reply | Forward Ms. Banerjea's spirited protests carry the flavor of her well-known hatred for the ruling party in WB. She is certainly influenced by that sentiment when she calls for a halt to the Lalgarh operations. While paying heed to her complaints about the CPI(M) govt, Mr. Manmohan Singh has to take suitable actions to wipe out the Marxists in WB and elsewhere in India. The present security actions will have to be expanded in a comprehensive manner to eradicate the Moist manace wherever it exists in the country. The state govts must take the responsibility for resolving all genuine underlying problems that may give strength to the Moists. India cannot afford to give the impression to the world that it cannot control its domestic-grown terrorism. Most importantly, the source of all the arms and ammunition held by the Moists must be investigated. Are any foreign powers involved in feeding the Moists with fire power?
