If Lalu was allowed to give importance to Bihar for five years, he should now allow Mamata also to give importance to her region even if the fact is that she has proposed viable measures to improve the condition of amenities and travel all over the country.Lalu should graciously accept that the new Railway minister has tried to build upon his achievements for the good of the people.
