The nations interests are not in their mind. Corruption and criminality has grown so much in our country that the public have no faith in our bureaucracy. India should scrap the IAS IPS services and a new contract based system whereby honest and highly qualified persons can be recommended by a group of eminent persons committee after each candidate passes some basic tests.
