Surely sensitive documents were not the originals? Documents usually are meant to be housed in 'Fort Knox' type of security,retrieved only through the accountability of several signatories,and transported by a batch of gaurds? How this was masterminded by criminals is beyond comprehension. Or the Government machinery is rotten to core of criminality! Being a 'non-cash crime',finger points to the Government or Governments of the day.
