Spare a thought for him guys… What if he is innocent? Shiney's maid doesn't appear to be only 38 kgs and in the photograph she can be seen wearing a mangalsutra and green bangles. She may be married. The police should find out every detail about her background. I cannot believe that Shiney can put his future and his career at stake for a maid. He is a celebrity and that are chances of a frame up for an ulterior motive. The investigation should be fair and not prejudiced. The police should investigate the truth and not endeavor to build a watertight case against Shiney. Shiney should get a chance to prove his innocence and should not be tried outside the court.

It is qUITE COMMON in countries like India where the law is made to defend the girl's interest (which is good)is usually manipulated by a certain amount of girls for their own interest of blackmailing and extortion of money. Other cases of FALSE RAPE cases are when the Parents of the girl's family object or are against the relationship of their daughter and her boyfriend, even though the girl indulged all these time voluntarily at sexual act, the parents of the girl would still go and force the girl to lodge a complaint of 'RAPE' against the boy in order to frame the guy and destroy him. This is randomly done in india by using local influence and bribing the local Police station and the Police Writer. And the cops do this in order to get money and 2 minute sound byte where as they never actually arrest the guys who do such heineous crime. So, belive me this is JUST ANOTHER case where the girl has framed such an innocent guy.

The poor wife is trying all means to prove the maid wrong, and create any kind of doubt in people's mind! Her plea is that the maid raped Shiney, and Shiney forgot to call the police, or was busy watching TV with his friends.One moment of weakness and months of pain for scores of family and friends on both the sides!

This is the typical mindset of a an arrogant, wealthy and pompous jackass male in India today.Women in general, according to these morons are disposable and are there for the pleasure of the male masters. India, as I see it, will nor progress until women, maids or otherwise are treated with respect and not to be considered as sexual objects at the disposal of the "Masters". The wealthy in India, especially the people in public limelight such as this Third rate movie star Shiney think that they are above the law. I assume there is still "Law" in India, what with the well documented and pictorialized and disgraceful corruption of the Police on TV. Mike Tyson, Kobe Bryant and now Shiney would get many more good looking girls and even couple of years younger than the maid in question who would be ready to jump to an offer, why a maid. God knows but hard to believe, nevertheless. My sincere apologies for the domestic help if indeed she had to go through with rape.
