He's the only a handful of Pakistanis whom Indians have a complete respect. I think he's a great personality, but unfortunately lived in a wrong country.

He has made my ears serve the purpose for which God created them. The Classical Ghazal which is his TradeMark cannot be rendered by anybody. Kahn Saab has sang all the great poets Ghalib, Mir, Momin, Faiz and even the new ones like Faraz. Qatil Shefai. Munir Niyazi, Parveen Shakir et el.Trivia: He took Naushad's MArmonium in 1944 and never returned it back. He said that Harmonium was an extension of his fingers and ANushaad Saab Too did not mind.He did struggle a lot in his early days working as mechanic etc. until his Brother Pandit Ghulam Qadir finally settled as a musician.Long Live Khan saab. And keep singing to make our hearts full through ears...
