It happens only in IndiaBy: Sameer | Sunday , 19 Oct '08 12:34:29 PM Reply | Forward I know that you will not publish my this comment as usual becoz you also want to be the star compaigners for the BJP. But hope is always there. It happens only in India, the killer of 15,000 innocent peoples is projected as star campaigners instead of getting the capital punishment. We are the great people of India. Jai Hind.
ModiBy: Madhavan Kutty | Sunday , 19 Oct '08 11:36:45 AM Reply | Forward A dynamic leader like Narendrabhai should be in the Central Goverment. BJP should bring him to the centre stage. No doubt he will become the PM of India soon!
Why malign Mody in the name of minority bashingBy: Niranjan | Sunday , 19 Oct '08 11:13:28 AM Reply | Forward What is definition of minority? Twenty Crores Plus but still calling themselves minority all for doles and protection from a vote bank driven political set-up. The census figures of the community are not real and infact is different as they do not account for the children
Gujarat's ModiBy: Shirish Shah | Sunday , 19 Oct '08 6:08:00 AM Reply | Forward It is Narendra Modi's work as the chief minister of Gujarat that has impressed the people of Gujarat and everyone else that has looked into the work. Whether you are a supporter of BJP, in opposition, or just ordinary Indian- you wish other ministers run their administrations departments with like efficiency. That will brighten India's future. Hard working Indians in management, IT and technology deserve it. Hopefully other parties in India, including Congress, have similar concerns.
Modi and his succession planBy: Vidyadhar | Sunday , 19 Oct '08 3:54:25 AM Reply | Forward Modi is the only hope I can see for India at the current situation. BJP should make him as a model to be followed by all its other CM's in the states where it is ruling and also where it will come to power in future. Modi is certainly a PM candidate but before he moves over to Delhi, he should make sure that there is clear succession plan in Gujarat, because, once he moves out to Gujarat to Delhi, BJP should not become orphan and its state leaders should not fret away the lead Modi has created in Gujarat by fighting and back stabing among themselves. If this happens, which I think is quite a possibility, then I would consider that as a COMPLETE FAILURE of MODI and his policies. That would be a loss not only to Gujarat but for the whole of India, BJP and also to Hindus. Just see how people who were once loyal soilders like Uma Bharati, Shankarsingh Vaghela are doing. BJP and Modi, who is one of the supreme leader of BJP (and also of Hinuds) should keep this in mind.
India needs strong and powerful leaderBy: Jinal joshi | Sunday , 19 Oct '08 0:05:38 AM Reply | Forward India has great brain but lacking is Good and Strong Political leaders at National level. These leaders do not play vote bank politics and concentrate on inclusive development. This has been happened in Gujarat and now it has been seen as Model. This has been possible and thanks goes to Shri Narendrabhai modi and his willingness to change gujarat eventhough he was critised and asked for resignation from CM post. If he was scared and resigned it, this would not have been happened. We need this kind of Leader to represent India as strong nation at International level to represent 1.30 billion Indians.
BJP Loves Bharat, that is IMPORTANTBy: Ramesh Kulkarni | Saturday , 18 Oct '08 23:19:24 PM Reply | Forward Modi comes out as a leader with conviction and capability. BJP has leaders of great qualities like Advani, Modi, Arun Jaitley...., and also gives the leaders great respect and autonomy. Compare this with UPA, which does not have a single nationalist leader, even those are sitting in high positions are merely "Yes Madam" types. There is a great deal of difference between these two parties! Advani's daughter is not into politics. Sonia is moving earth and heaven to give Rahul a standing inspite of his obvious inadequacies. Even the Indian English media is not sincere, they only support jingoist and anti-national parties. India's internal security and integrity is under threat, what we need today are great nationalist leaders who can safeguard India, not nincompoops who will dance to the tunes of a semi-literate "Madam".
Shame on ModiBy: Tarun shelar | Saturday , 18 Oct '08 20:05:24 PM Reply | Forward most effluent business were controlled by muslims in gujarat, Muslims were strong vote bank for congress, and pressuure from bajrang dal was mounting over modi. so he tried to play ek tir se do nishan, he planned godhra burning and later blamed it over muslims and killed them without any mercy. Post gujarat roits, business was controlled by his parties, muslims left the state leaving vote bank for congress empty and he became super hero for his community. Just think, the propoganda made just before gujuart elections claiming modi responsible for gujarat roits, Just to realize the people of his community that he is their god father. He lost 18 seats in central gujarat where most educated
