As FSNL is a small PSU carrying out scrap recovery/processing/handling operation for SAIL in all of their units, and within no time such merger can be finalised,and FSNL would be small department of SAIL. The ministry should give more attention in finalsing such smaller deals, as such number of smaller PSUs under one ministry can be reduced and both FSNL
