Black market people hoard goods in other states. Thousands of people have no decency or culture crowd maharashtra. Why we marathi people bear the burden of these beggars and criminal people. They have spoiled their own states and they want to spread the same disease in other states. They have no shame in offending and insulting local culture. In their arrogance and misplaced sense of self-righteousness these Marxists never imagined that they were sowing the seeds of mass flight of capital from the State. But businesses fled the State. By the late seventies, West Bengal had more closed businesses than running. Today, it does not even figure in the top ten developed states in the country. The Thackerays are today enveloped in a similar blindness, arrogance and a false sense of self-importance. Anyone has liberty to learn or communicate in the language of his own choice (as ruled by Chennai HC) and cannot be forced upon masses. These chaps exactly are the reason why Bangalore is IT capital of India, not Mumbai. When Navi Mumbai infrastructure was ready, these guys forced IT Companies to sign a pact that half of their employees will be Marathi speaking, companies fled to B'lore. Now, empty infrastructure in navi Mumbai is barely employing few, forget about half of marathi speakign population.
