If the Centre is craving for another fiasco in Kashmir. the best recipe would be to get K.L.Prasad transferred to the Valley to declare on the channel, "Kashmir Kisi Ke Baap Ka Nahin!" May be Prasad wasn't born, when in 1956, 105 Maharashtrians were martyred at the then Flora Fountain, for the sake of Marathee and Mumbaee. Perhaps the IPS Examination Board did not expect him to learn the history about his own home-state! Would Prasad be brave enough to declare in Hyderabad that Andhra Pradesh, " Kisi Pota Ramulu Ke Baap Ka Nahin? " All IPS and IAS officers serving in Maharashtra and GOA; Amar Sinh, Mulayam Singh andLaloo Singh should be asked to offer prayers at the HUTATMA CHOWK like what other dignitairies do at Gandhi's Shanti Van.
