Warship buildingBy: William | Saturday , 20 Jun '09 22:49:37 PM Reply | Forward Why to limit only 2 shipyard and the long delay streching upto 2021 i.e another 12 years. How about Private and Public partnership. Why not ask the private shipbuilders to construct different modules, so that all seven ship can be produced earlier, say 2016. Private companies also can gain shipbuilding expertise, which can be utilized for future deals.
