For waht loot the funds allocated for the state in the name of minority controlled. First of all we ahave to ask these leaders to stay inside Kashmir before taking up a ministerial position and certain number of minimium days stay there too. We end up in a Non Resident kashmiri government. If terror is there in the valley let them face it too. now congress will have to play second fiddle to Omar
