Mr.By: Christopher | Tuesday , 7 Jul '09 1:15:43 AM Reply | Forward Every tom, dick and harry knows who is the blacksheep and culprit in this episode. As correctly said by Librawalla, all direction and controlled by Gopalapuram, then we cannot expect any justice, only dogs justice and monkeys share of truth. The greatest irony is the CJI is playing in tune with this great injustice to the people of india. As usual our silent spectator, beloved PM is in mute mode whenever we request and expect any action to be taken? God help India.
very unfortunateBy: Dr Jayendra Parulekar | Monday , 6 Jul '09 21:03:34 PM Reply | Forward It is really unfortunate that our CJI is trying to cover up the matter

No minister called the Madras High Court JudgeBy: librawalla | Monday , 6 Jul '09 10:07:51 AM Reply | Forward The episode is intriguing to say the least. The Honb'e Judge hesitated to name the Union Minister with a good intention.Had he mentioned it there would have been a tsunami in the Political scene.Meanwhile the Interested political party with a clever CM as its head swiftly moved in the matter to save his minister and his party from the fall out and perhaps the UPA Govt. and Judiciary cooperated to give a respectful burial to the nasty episode. This is Bharat where the politicians rules the roost. The advocate who said the minister is on the line knows who the minister was Can not this be investigated and the advocate's testimony taken into cognisance to pin down the minister. Finally the people are fooled by all vested interest.
Chief Justice hiding the truthBy: Avinash Mohan | Sunday , 5 Jul '09 20:36:43 PM Reply | Forward Chief Justice Balakrishnan plays dirty politics by hiding the truth. It is shame that the Judge becomes hostile. Is it a dalit Chief justice advocating for a dalit minister. Shame Justice Balakrishnan. You are hiding something for some one (Raja)
Balakrishnan advocates for RajaBy: Vijayakumar G | Sunday , 5 Jul '09 20:33:11 PM Reply | Forward Chief Justice KG Balakrishnan's enthusiam exposes the nexus between the corrupt politicicians and judiciary. What about Justice Reghupathy's stunning revelation few days ago? Why Chief Justice is diluting the issue? Something some where rotten.
cji: chief judicial interpreterBy: bhaskaran chandrasekharan | Sunday , 5 Jul '09 20:18:45 PM Reply | Forward right reverend kgb,so you are sure no minister spoke to the judge, eh? from the info available, it is clear tht the minister was on line wen the counsel wanted. he was ready to speak to justice regupathi. he may even have spoken to the judge. nw whether the world wants to blame the counsel or not (he is the minister's friend, college mate, no less!), it is certain the minister knew wt he was up to. if that is nt against the tenets of democracy, i wonder wt these 'values' are. meanwhile, lets wait for these two right honourable judges to retire. then we will start asking uncomfortable questions without them parading the 'contempt of court' bail out option. because they are more than complicit in this case. may they never find peace in life. ever..
good workBy: raghu mohan | Sunday , 5 Jul '09 16:18:26 PM Reply | Forward it was needless controversy. It is good that Express has put an end to it.
