It could have been "Bengal Home Secy changes his stance on Trinamool-Maoist Links" considering the sequence of development & if you are not satisfied, you may add "Under Pressure" also. Both statements came on Monday and the latter clearly says there may have been links at the local level. So your heading even contradicts truth. And if Mr.Sen thinks there may have been local links he should not have given the first statement until and unless he verifies the links. Here the politics of the Home Secy as well as Indian express is out of the bag. Whom are you trying to save? Trinamool, Maoists or both?
