When people gathered outside that night the INNOCENT MLA caught from the top of water tank above ladies hostel.. what excuse he can tell on this..no wonder ..he may say he was taking bath there.. Police identified blood stains on the wall but now telling can’t make sure its blood or something else and it will take time to identify… (That’s how our police deals with people who having power… blood becomes tonic ) Police is telling MLA received good Conduct certificate from the girl students.. all those students certificates are with management and all are from distant states.. then who will dare to give written complaint ..but here all above they complained.. plz proceed ..people are with you.. don’t get influenced by money or otherthings.. Offenders must get punishment.
