Zardari is allowing (in fact encouraging) the use of Pakistani soii for terrorist attacks directed against other countries and at the same time allowing others (US drones and Al Qaida specialists from several countries) to violate its sovereignty. If he says he is not doing so, that means he is not in control of what goes on through official agencies.
