Today where technology is so advanced,Why the officers in duty who are alleged of tampering with the evidences are not being punished? Why they are not punished for not preserving the evidences? It was there first job at sight. Why it takes so much time to form a special team and start enquiry, to allow the evidences to either be tampered or fade away with time? The so called CRPF, state police are liable to punished at the first place for negligence in duty, the punishment should be decided based on the grieviousness of the particular case, in this case, all the officers should be thrown into jail and sacked permanently from their posts. If the Govt does not know how to deal, it should ask our people, our society, our corporate leaders, to suggest better solutions to catch criminals instead of relying on the corrupt, technically illiterate police/ARMY officers to conduct such enquiries.
