Now it is time to lay foundation srone. This is farce not development. Secondly, Indian Railways announcing major project, without any land in possession and without any consultation with the state government which is supposed to find the land is nothing bt a political gimmick. UP and Bihar lack industrial culture and neithet Gandhis nor Laloo will take any trouble to inculcate it in the illiterate masses. For them Government of India projects is the easy option. Plenty of GOI projects have been diverted to the Raibareily including aviation academy. Praful Patel is also following some new initiative in civil aviation primarily in his constiituency but offering a compensating bribe at Rai Bareily. Mayawati may be crude and petty but Gandhis are no better. Finally there was no need to bring into picture MODI, MAMTA and BUDHADEV. That issue is totally different.
