Orginal value of that old factory only worth maximum Rs. 10 lakhs only. But now mining company Poabs claim is Rs. 6Crores Only. Few people of this community spoling entire nation and public money. Some Good Anti Corruption organisation should interfere and stop this type of illeal benifit. Put the culprits inside the bars please.

Legal opinion No.118/09/AAG, signed by Additioanal Advocate general, Kerala. But they got RS.200 crores as purchase loan from federal bank and got the disbursement also without any security.In India if you money you can get anything with the help of politician.

Not only that this 200 crores sanction gone to a newly open partnership firm with only two directors, but with out any margin money or security.Kickback involvement is very high. Definity key people from the bank also involved. Why Reserve Bank of India or CBI is num about this Loan Account.

Donation to the political parties, bribes to the politicians and officials are the means by which mouths are shut, till somebody who has not got a due share of the loot blows the whistle. Some scape goats are sacrificed and the real offenders go scot free. Any legal proceedings will take ages to be completed and the wilful criminals will be declared innocents for want of evidence. That is how things work in India. How does any one think the money stashed in Swiss Banks was generated?

But through Federal Bank Limited, Thiruvall Branch with out any security they got a loan of Rs.200 Crores (Rs. 200,00,00,000)without any security.Reference WP No.15000 of 2008 High court of Kerala. Not only that it appered in almost all the News Pappers. Kindly investigate this shocking matter and safe guard all public money deposited in Federal bank Limited

Taking OnusBy: Kritika behara | Saturday , 14 Nov '09 16:08:14 PM Reply | Forward It's a shame that senior bureaucrats like the Steel & Mines Secretary makes statements saying he was unaware of such gross violations and illegalities and yet sit in his chair as the secretary and head the probe. The State Vigilance too did not find any illegal mining until the scam broke out. The politicians , bureaucrats and police men should take onus of abbetting such activities and step down. Holding onto power and running behind smaller players in order to hide the real culprits is an old game and has come to the fore in this matter. Mr Naveen Patnaik known for his so called "clean image" needs to answer some serious questions and should be held accountable for this mess that has emerged as perhaps the biggest scam ever. After all he has been ruling the State of Odisha for tha pst two terms now! Can we have some truthful answers and get all these fact hinding corrupt senior bureaucrats out please?
