Pakistan and China signing an agreement to the same purpose was expected as the was a concentration of the Polarization of the US. Didnt we do the same with the USSR during the Cold war era? Lets hope that Mr. Zardari uses the immense Nuclear power to the civilian use and not for other purposes. Let this not be a indication of the future of the arms race in the Asian Sub- Continent.
