COMMON MINIMUM PROGRAMME IS NOT FOR THE COMMON BUT FOR THE CROOKED MEMBERS OF PARLIAMENT.By: SANIL ANTONY | Wednesday , 4 Nov '09 8:37:18 AM Reply | Forward DEAR SIR,I AM NOT SURPRISED AT THE PATIENT'S DEATH AS IN INDIA THE VALUE OF HUMAN LIFE IS EQUIVALENT TO A GARBAGE ON THE STREETS. IN INDIA IF A DOG IS KILLED OR A SNAKE IS KILLED THEN THE ENTIRE COUNTRY WOULD HAVE RISEN UP IN ARMS AGAINST THE GOVERNMENT BECAUSE IN INDIA COMMON MAN'S DEATH IS NOT A MATTER OF CONCERN TO THE POWERS THAT ARE. I RECOMMEND THAT THE GOVERNMENT DECLARE "MAN AS AN ENDANGERED SPECIES" AND GIVE HIM PROTECTION UNDER THE RARE SPECIES ACT.
