Now,the public will have to pay more in the near future to recoup the loss of Rs. 500 Crore suffered by this Oil company due to this accident.This accident is a failure of our scientific community connected with disaster management.Why such incidents do not happen in the Refineries and Oil Depots of Reliance Petroleum ?
