In india the pension age is 55 or 58 and at the most 60. However look at the age of the guys who are now ministers. The average age of these oldies are more than 70 which is a joke.Besides look at the Rajya sabha MP's like Antony and Ravi from kerala,both of them have no big support base in Kerala. The CNN survey puts antony with only 4% support in Kerala. Look at the way in which Antony speaks English. Its a disgrace that a literate state like kerala produces such ppl. He made several mistakes in his swearing in seremony which is not highlighted by the so called English media. It was a joke yesterday when he uttered the word Nuclear non-proliferation. I dont know how these ppl will be able to convey their message to the well educated ministers from the west and also pakistan...Its high time that congress takes stock of the situation immediately!

Doesn't believe in voting B. Even if it votes it doesn't use its mind.

While the Congress saw its vote share rise by a measly 2% compared to 2004, the BJP saw its vote share almost dip by over 4%. However, in relation to seats, the Congress got the best of it and translated its meagre rise in vote share to a windfall in seats. This is Indian electoral system for you where the vote and seats polled by Parties just do not match when you cross a certain threshold and dynamics of a State change to your advantage. What is evident in the results is however a terminal decline in the prospects of BJP which has ceded lot of space and has now only the upper caste elites backing it wholeheartedly. This certainly does not herald bright prospects for the BJP in future and if it wishes to enlarge its base, it should follow the inclusivist agenda.
