Prideasia: CHB refunds deposit amount to 75 buyers

Chandigarh: Of the 100 buyers who have withdrawn from Prideasia, the mega-housing project by Parsvnath Developers Limited in collaboration with Chandigarh Housing Board (CHB), 75 have already received the refund. But the fate is otehrwise.If project is abondoned, we should get full refund plus SBI term rate interest per agreement.CHB should offer alterantate in some other porject to the applicants, since it is not our fault. We blocked our hard eaned money for nothing in this dream project.Please send my request to the Administrator Chandigarh, Advisor, Finance Secreatry an dto the Chandigarh Housing Board.Regards.
